Free meals every Monday at 4:00 pm and Friday at 9:00 am.
Hot entrée, fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, pastries, homemade soup, juice, and coffee.

At every meal, a minimum of 18 volunteers is on hand to prepare, serve, and clean up. These volunteers include members of First Lutheran Church and friends of TACO. TACO's services are truly community-sponsored and they enrich both those who are served and those who serve.

TACO thanks the many restaurants and purveyors who donate food served at the free meals. Providers include Albertson's, San Diego Food Bank, and Yum Yum (donuts); Chinmaya Mission (cheese and milk); Catholic Worker (lettuce); Community Christian Service Agency and Panera Bakery (bread).
