Enjoy a fun and challenging ride around San Diego Bay
to benefit the wonderful work that TACO does every day!
This is a 25 (or 50!) mile long, flat (except for the last little bit)
family friendly ride--everyone can do it!

At Third Avenue Charitable Organization (TACO), we believe every person deserves dignity, health, and well-being—especially those experiencing housing insecurity, homelessness, or poverty. This ride is your chance to make a difference. Your participation helps fund TACO’s vital programs—and every mile you pedal brings hope to someone in our community.

The ride kicks off at 8:00am from First Lutheran/TACO for a quick ride to the bay, then south to Imperial Beach and the turnaround up through the Silver Strand to the Coronado Ferry landing. A short ferry ride (ticket included in your registration fees) across the bay will bring you to the Broadway pier and back to TACO.

The entire ride is supported with three water & aid stations and the TACOvan sag wagon bringing up the rear, with tools, tubes and air, if you need them!
If you're up for it, you can turn back and pedal the same route in return! The vast majority of the ride uses dedicated bike lanes or paths with only a few stretches which take riders through bike friendly roads. ​
This is a great ride for kids, beginners, and enthusiasts alike! Sign up, form a team and get friends and family to sponsor your ride!
Entry Fees
100% of your contributions, including registration fees, go directly to the programs TACO provides.​
Minors: $30 to register
Adults: $50 to register
Every additional $50 in sponsorship earns another raffle ticket
Fees include one raffle ticket, t-shirt and ferry ride! This is a fully-supported ride with three water & aid stations, mechanical help and sag wagon!
